I observed Felicia’s Listening 2 class at 2:00 pm this Wednesday. In the beginning of the class she told the class to read two pages and timed them. They then closed their books and she asked them questions about the reading. Felicia then recited a few sentences that they had to write out and compare their answers with a partner. There was a class discussion where everyone shared what their favorite hobby was and what hobby they would like to do in the future, which led to a great and funny group discussion:) At the end of class, they did a listening exercise about instruments and took notes on what they heard.
